Social Studies:
Students will complete their investigation of evidence from ancient Sumerian artifacts before beginning our look at "The First Empires" and the last section of Chapter 1. We will implement our first "Thinking Thursday" this week to help students manage their time while still doing their best work. We will finish up the week making connections between our textbook and with a video about the Assyrians that will help bring their reading to life.
